Submission Process
1. Prepare Your Manuscript
- Manuscripts may be in free format initially but must include: Title & Abstract page, Keywords, IMRaD structure, ethical disclosures, and references with DOIs where applicable :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
- Accepted formats: DOCX or PDF; LaTeX may be used if preferred.
- Check required elements: figures (300 dpi), tables, supplementary files.
2. Create an Account & Begin Submission
Start Your Submission via OJS
- Register or log in to the OJS portal.
- Key sections to complete: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Author Info, Metadata.
3. Upload Files
- Upload manuscript, supplementary files, and cover letter (optional).
- Ensure filenames use only standard characters and are case-consistent :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}.
- Preview submission and complete any auto-checks.
4. Editorial Review
- Checked by editorial team for completeness, scope, and novelty.
- If suitable, submitted to at least two peer reviewers.
5. Peer Review Process
- Double-blind review by two experts.
- Initial decision communicated within 6–8 weeks.
- Review outcomes: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
6. Revision Rounds
- You may revise up to three times based on feedback.
- Required to resubmit within deadlines and include a point-by-point response.
7. Final Acceptance & Production
- On acceptance, upload the final version via the OJS portal.
- Metadata is finalized; DOI assigned via Crossref, and proofs published online.
8. Post-Publication
- The article is published open access under CC-BY with DOI—fully indexed.
- Corrections or comments after publication can be submitted via correspondence.
